When I left my corporate job, I never really imagined that being a photographer would be this challenging… nor did I realise that it would be this important! Being able to create imagery that helps brands to sell their products and services is vital in today’s online driven world and I am thrilled to get to use my creative side to help with this.
After completing numerous photography courses and workshops, I interned for a few amazing photographers . My photography skills grew as well as my ability to communicate with clients, keeping them comfortable in front of my lens and bringing out their best.

I have a lovingly supportive husband and two beautiful girls. They keep me on my toes, but also motivated, inspire and ground me. We will always call South Africa home, but living an expat life has given us the opportunity to explore the sandy dunes of Dubai and now we find ourself strolling alongside the picturesque canals of the Netherlands. We love spending time at outdoor markets, discovering unique little shops and eating good food or some days just sleeping in, watching a movie and building legos. If I am not taking photos, I love to explore other creative mediums and my favourites are drawing, painting and crocheting.

Using natural light and a lifestyle approach with my photography, helps me to capture authentic moments, which makes the image relatable to your audience. I will guide you with minimal styling to ensure that you are comfortable in front of my lens. My editing style is light and airy and I stay true to colour.
It all depends on the look and feel you want to create with you images. We can shoot at your home, place of work, a studio, outdoors or any backdrop that will compliment your brand.
For product photography, I can shoot small items at my home, but shoots for bigger items requiring models or specific styling will have to be on location or in a studio – do not worry, I will help you find the perfect location.
2-3 days after the shoot you will receive a private online viewing gallery to make your selection for editing. Your gallery will then be updated with your final images 14 days after the shoot. You will have 7 days to download and save your final images.
Most time is spent before your actual shoot to plan, source and book models, locations and styling items. Then again after your shoot to sort, edit and deliver your images. To allow proper time for this you need to book your shoot 3-4 weeks before you are planning to use the images.
Yes, that is part of the fun! After booking a shoot with me, I will send you a brand questionnaire to get to know you and your brand better. For inspiration we will create a mood board together to ensure that we are on the same page creatively. Then we will source the location, models and styling items. I will also send you some wardrobe tips and guide you every step of the way.
